4 apples peeled, cored and roughly diced
1 cup sugar
2 cups SR Flour
135g butter
1 egg
In a bowl mix together well the apples, sugar & flour

In a bowl mix together well the apples, sugar & flour
Add the butter & egg & again mix well
Press into a lined slice tray & sprinkle with
cinnamon sugar
Bake at 180 for approx 35/45 mins depending on your oven
