2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
1 red capsicum, seeded and sliced
75g ham, shaves, sliced
1 cup of grated cheese
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Spray a 22cm pie plate with oil. Dust with breadcrumbs.
Arrange broccoli, capsicum, ham and cheese over the base.
In a jug, whisk together eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over vegetable mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until firm and golden.
Cut into wedges and serve with salad.
